Mohammad Arif’s impressive educational background includes a postgraduate in Human Resources and Marketing. In addition, he holds certifications from prestigious international institutes such as the Chartered Insurance Institute Awards (CII),UK, the International Compliance Authority (ICA),UK, and the Financial Act Task Force (FATF). With 16 years of progressive experience in Hr. Training/Insurance/Finance & Wealth Firms, he is prepared to positively impact business operations.
Arif is a decisive and hardworking leader who is skilled in making proactive, insightful updates to policies and procedures. He has a proven track record of success in operations leadership, sales planning, and personnel management. Arif is a high-achieving, enterprising leader with a diplomatic and persuasive communication style. His achievements include multiple awards for his outstanding performance, such as the Best Silver Producer, and Youngest Success of the Business (YSB).
Arif has supervised a team of 155 team members and received many awards for highest gross revenue producer for three consecutive years. He also received an organizational award for employee of for six years. Mohammad Arif has extensive and impressive experience in the insurance and financial sector, started as a Branch Trainer at ICICI PRUDENTIAL from 2005 to 2008. He then became an Asst. Training Manager at PNB Metlife from 2008 to 2009 before joining Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as a Regional Manager – Sales Training from 2009 to 2016.
Meet Bipin Kumar, a highly qualified Advisory Board Member with a wealth of experience in the corporate world. With an MSc and MBA under his belt, Bipin has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry.
Bipin has an extensive work experience of over 35 years in the field of Marketing and Commercial operations. He worked with Reliance Industries Ltd. for 24 years as Vice President of Marketing for Petroleum and Chemicals, making significant contributions to the growth and success of the company during his tenure. He has also held a key leadership position as Director of Commercial with Midcom Group LLC in Dubai from 2008 to 2019.
Bipin’s expertise lies in strategic planning, marketing, and commercial operations, and he has been instrumental in driving the growth of several companies he has worked with. His astute business acumen and innovative ideas have made him a valuable asset to any organization he has been a part of.
With his vast experience, qualifications, and expertise, Bipin brings a wealth of knowledge to any project or venture he is involved in.
S.S. Raju embarked on his insurance career in 1984, commencing his journey with the esteemed Life Insurance Corporation of India. In 1995, he sought new horizons and ventured to Dubai, where he joined Eagle Star as a Consultant. Demonstrating his exceptional abilities, he swiftly ascended the ranks, assuming the role of Sales Manager in 2000 and subsequently advancing to Deputy Branch Manager in 2003 at Zurich International Life. Even with the formation of Nexus in 2006, Raju retained his position as Deputy Branch Manager, solidifying his reputation as a dedicated professional.
In January 2009, Raju seized an opportunity to further his career and accepted the esteemed position of Sales Director at Nexus. With an extensive tenure of over 25 years in the insurance industry, Raju has garnered invaluable expertise across a myriad of domains, including IT, Accounts, Underwriting, Claims, and Sales Management. He augmented his qualifications by pursuing a postgraduate degree in business management from the esteemed Leicester University in the United Kingdom. Raju further distinguished himself by acquiring the coveted ‘Financial Advisor’s International Qualification’ from the prestigious Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Additionally, he proudly upholds membership in the esteemed Institute of Sales & Marketing (UK), showcasing his commitment to professional excellence.
